Broadlands is a Land Lease Community offering incredible lifestyle opportunities for the over 50’s. The first community was established in Green Point on the Central Coast of NSW, and after the huge success of this venture, Broadlands expanded into a further three locations at Tamworth, Muswellbrook and Harrington.

Prior to moving into Broadlands I was a little unsure about moving from a four bedroom house with large gardens into a two bedroom home. But I couldn’t be happier… it’s the best move I could have made. The home is absolutely beautiful and my neighbours are very friendly. The area is so peaceful. I love the sound of the magpies in the morning and the bell birds in the afternoon whilst sitting on my deck. I take part in the many activities in the community hall and love my swim in the beautiful pool. I only wish I had made the decision to move here sooner.
